Greetings to you my Father’s Children:

It is indeed a blessing to say we have survived another week of tests and trials by the powerful grace of our God!  I would like to personally thank God for all of Springfield’s members, visitors and friends who worship with us.  It is my prayer that you may be blessed and the Word of God transforms your life.

I would like to share a word with you called Peace.  This is a word that God gives to his children, to be an example for all mankind.   The scripture says; “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.”  (Heb. 12:14)  We as the children of God must remember the importance of being what God has created us to be upon the earth.  The scripture also says; “Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God.”  (Matt. 5:9)  Truthfully, we cannot identify with Christ until we have first become “Peacemakers” which is one who carries peace in their heart.

We as children of God, cannot provide Peace unless we have peace!  We must realize that peace brings upon rest.  It is a fact that peace and rest do not belong to the world.  These two possessions belong to the Lord’s children which is us, the Saints.  “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusted in thee.”  (Isa. 26:3)  We must leave everything in God’s hands and allow him to handle them according to his will.  There is no need for a peaceful child of God to worry about anything.  I say to you today, live and allow God to fight your battles and most of all fill your heart with peace!

I would like to tell you, God has more for your life!  You do not have to settle with your past.  Today is your day to move forward with your life!  If you have made some mistakes and do not have a church home or a relationship with God, he is waiting on you man, woman, boy or girl!  Don’t wait until things get better in your life.  Try him now!  God will give salvation to the sinner, healing to the sick and deliverance to those who might be in bondage.  Get in your rightful place to obtain favor with the MASTER!!

“My people shall dwell in quite resting places.”

(Isa. 32:18)

Be blessed and have a prosperous week.
